A PLEA FOR CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT

 

If you are wanting to express your concerns to the Heber City Council about the developments coming to the north side of Heber, but need help understanding the issues and knowing what to say, Friends of Heber Valley has drafted this document explaining and addressing many of the issues.

If you are wondering what the "City/County MOU" is, this was a "Memorandum of Understanding that the City and County signed that was supposed to help regulate development.
